Fern Havn is situated on a quiet, rural road, off Highway 65, 10 minutes north of the town of Mora, Minnesota. Mora is a modest, but charming small town with an “up-north” feel and easy access to groceries, gas, restaurants, and most conveniences.

This cabin is on a secluded road, 10 minutes north of Mora, MN. The location will require a vehicle to get around.

1. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. QUIET GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED, BUT VOLUME MUST BE KEPT TO A RESPECTFUL LEVEL FOR NEIGHBORS.
2. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO VAPING INCLUDING ALL ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES.
3. NO PETS ALLOWED.
4. NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED. PLEASE KEEP VISITORS TO 8 MAX (INCLUDING GUESTS)
5. PLEASE REMOVE SHOES INSIDE
6. PLEASE RESPECT THE NOISE CURFEW. QUIET TIME IS 10PM-8AM
7. PLEASE RESPECT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES. YOUR RESERVATION ENDS ON YOUR CHECK OUT DATE AT 11AM. A LATE CHECK OUT FEE OF $50/HOUR WILL INCUR IF LATER THAN 11AM.
8. PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOUR KEYS. LOST KEYS INCUR A REPLACEMENT FEE.
9. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE FURNISHINGS. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES/LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS THAT EXCEED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

11. GUESTS HAVE FULL USE OF THE CABIN ONLY. USE OF THE GARAGE, AND ALL OUTBUILDINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
12. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
13. WATCH YOUR STEP ON THE PATIO AND BE SURE TO USE THE HANDRAILS
14. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES PERMITTED ON THE DECK OR FRONT PATIO
15. GRILL USE IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE DESIGNATED AREA - DO NOT USE ON THE DECK OR FRONT PATIO.
16. PLEASE USE ONLY CHARCOAL BRICKETTES ON THE GRILL
17. WHEN FINISHED WITH THE GRILL MAKE SURE TO CLOSE ALL VENTS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE GRILL, CLOSE DAMPER ON THE LID AND COVER GRILL WITH LID
18. DO NOT LEAVE GRILL OR FIREPIT UNATTENDED - BE SURE THEY ARE FULLY EXTINGUISHED WHEN FINISHED
19. ONLY BURN WOOD DESIGNATED FOR A FIRE, NO DEBRIS, TRASH, ETC.
20. DON’T USE WHITE WASHCLOTHS FOR REMOVING MAKEUP - WE PROVIDE BLACK MAKEUP WASHCLOTHS FOR THIS PURPOSE.
20. DURING YOUR STAY , EXCESS TRASH CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE BROWN TRASH CAN AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY. IF NOT FULL, REMOVING TRASH IS NOT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECKOUT
21. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK-IN FOR ANY GUEST AS OUR CLEANERS REQUIRE THE FULL TIME BETWEEN GUESTS TO PREPARE. IF THE CLEANERS FINISH EARLY, WE WILL ALERT YOU TO AN EARLIER AVAILABILITY.
22. LATE CHECKOUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT RESERVING THE FOLLOWING NIGHT AS WELL.
