We're strolling around Andover today to give you a tour of this quiet northern suburb. It's not too far from the twin cities, has great outdoor recreations, and while the average selling price for houses are a bit high, there's lots of affordable houses in the inventory.

Schools in the area are rate a B+ overall, but most schools in Andover actually rate A-, most kids here would attend Andover or Crooked Lake Elementary, Oak View Middle, and Andover High Schools. Housing is rated B+ and Andover being good for families is rated at A-. Median SFH (single family home) price in the area is at $408k versus the Twin Cities average which is at $327k. Homes might be pricer here but there is inventory for houses in the $250k - $300k range.
