Small but mighty, Albertville is a great suburb with fantastic schools, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a new and diverse housing stock. In the path of progress, Albertville is a great place to check out!

Albertville Vibes


Home to nearly 8,000 residents, Albertville is located about 35 minutes northwest from downtown Minneapolis, 40ish minutes from downtown St. Paul, and 50 minutes from the airport. Albertville is bordered to the north by the city Otsego, to the east and west by portions of Otsego and St. Michael, and to the south by St. Michael.


Generally considered roughly the halfway point between Minneapolis and St. Cloud, Albertville is popular with shoppers coming for the "Albertville Premium Outlets" - home to around 100 stores.


Schools serving the city of Albertville are excellent. The city is served primarily by the St. Michael/Albertville ISD #885 which is rated an A*. A very small portion east of I-94 and north of the outlet mall is served by the Elk River ISD #728, which is rated a B+*. Not only is the St. Michael/Albertville School District is rated the #1 overall school district for athletes in Minnesota, it is also ranked a top 10 district overall in Minnesota. Without making it too lengthy, almost all of the schools serving the area are rated an A - High Schools, Middle Schools, and Elementary Schools.

The median sale price in Albertville comes in around $464k, higher than the Twin Cities median of around $350k. Approximately 72% of Albertville residents own their home, with about 18% renting.   • The outlet mall is a thing, but not a ton of conveniences within Albertville

  • Housing prices above the TWC median

  • Potential to more extreme weather being the edge of the metro
